When you take a chance to change a hairdresser it is always a difficult decision. But I can safety say moving to Thomas Kendall salon was one of the best decisions I did to get the right advice on my hair. After COVID my hair was in need some really good advice and I was delighted to have met Thomas who advised me on colour, products and overall I had a lovely experience with Thomas and his team. First impressions are really important and for me from day 1 of walking into the salon I got the luxury experience and to this day I really look forward to each visit. I know that I am always met with a pleasant environment and very talented staff, above all Thomas for his amazing years of experience in colour, cuts and styling. His knowledge of the products and what is a good fit for me has really given me the confidence in the salon and I could only but highly recommend the service and professional standards more. Thomas is a master of colour. I asked for a complete change, embracing my natural grey starting to come through and I'm so excited by the results and how he managed to give me a youthful look with beautifully blended colours throughout my hair. There is a lovely atmosphere when you walk into Thomas Kendall, the staff are all so welcoming and take the time to greet you no matter how busy they are. I had a much needed restyle and cut with Thomas. He looks after his customers with such care and gave me excellent after care advice to improve the overall quality of my hair and to grow my wispy baby hairs! I went to Thomas to fix my hair that another stylist in another salon done to my hair. From the minute I walked in to the Salon, Thomas greeted me and made me feel welcome. He fixed my hair and made it so much better looking immediately. When I explained what I was looking for he made the changes and styled it exactly the way I wanted. I’ve been a customer at Thomas Kendall Hair for 10 years and love that it’s an independent, local business. Thomas always takes time to listen before making a recommendation. I didn’t realise just how much I rely on the salon until it closed during lockdown. Since it’s reopened last year, I’ve always felt that the staff take Covid safety very seriously. Tom is a master hairdresser. The attention to detail and the time that he takes to create the perfect colour and cut is so appreciated. The salon is an osasis of calm. What a wonderful experience from start to finish. My first haircut since covid began, and I was treated like royalty. I was quite self conscious regarding the state of my locks but I was made to feel comfortable & beautifully welcomed and valued from start to finish. As all of my genuine friends know, I lost my beautiful hair due to trauma in my life. I tried everything under the sun. One night on FaceBook I expressed my loss to a close friend. He told me to contact Thomas Kendal which I did. So today all my hair grips came out. Thomas has now started treating my hair. He gave me a style, that I would never have dreamed of.... I always love my hair from Thomas Kendall. He's especially good when you want a change but just don't know what way you want your hair. He always suggests a cut and colour to suit you perfectly.
